Hands-on Review: LG BD 390 Network Blu-ray Disc Player

So I purchased this Network Blu-ray Disc Player particularly because a lot of reviews and descriptions made me to. I was nervous a little because that had to be my first experience with that type of units, but when I got the BD 390 delivered and unpacked, I realized that all my worries were empty.

I liked the way this BD 390 suited my room and furniture. It looks handsome and classic at the same time.

The video quality excited me much at first. I was even shocked because I hoped to get something average for this price. Though I'm very particular about the video quality - it's very important for me. I like to enjoy everything and I like when everything is really high-level.

When I got the activating code and finished the whole procedure, my player began to work at once! The process was quick and simple. That made me even happier.

The next thing I tried - was steaming video. The quality is good enough, in my opinion. When steaming Netflix video I became sad a little, but that doesn't mean the quality was that bad. A SD and HD Netflix movie is rather good quality. I haven't mentioned the fact that my Internet connection speed is about 3-4 Mbs. Maybe, if yours is better, you'll get even better picture.

The impression I got after having watched a movie from a usual DVD disk was stunning! And I thought that the effect was so great because we're actually having a new generation of DVD players here. So if you have had an old-type DVD player to compare with, you'll definitely notice the difference.

Once I tried to steam some data from my laptop to this DVD player. I needed some additional software to ease the process. And in general everything worked really nice.

LG BD390 Blu-ray player is admired by me, because the sound is also great. It can work wirelessly with other devices. You won't have to search for firmware update, because LG BD390 Blu-ray player will find it itself.

So I'm sure that this thing is actually practical and compact and convenient. I hope you'll love it as much as I did!
