Hands-on Review: Ginsu Stainless Block Set

I'm using Ginsu knives for a long period and I'm actually amazed with the quality. I believe, I haven't used best knives ever. The best fact is that the price is "normal" for a custom person.

Even more: if you are left hand, you won't experience any problems in cutting bread and other stuff. Why? Because Ginsu knives are serrated on both sides. Moreover, they stay sharp for a rather long time. I hadn't sharpen them after I've already cut thousands of things.

What is your greatest problem with knives? I believe, it's rust. The same is mine. But Ginsu knives are perfectly connected with water and even dish-wash liquid. Of course, usually I hand wash them because I believe, that such kind of treatment is useful for the knives. And as I'm not lazy I spend few minutes in hand washing knives and then I'm 100% sure they'll work for me for a long time.

I'm a kind of glamorous person so I looked for a very attractive product. I had found this set by chance and fell in love with it at once. I think the stainless steel in the black block looks spectacular. In my kitchen this set of knives is like a reward in a teenage room: shiny and the thing we are proud of.

I also like the weight of the knives. It's easy to handle and even my children can use it and I'm not afraid for them. Although the steel is sharp, the contour of the knife is very reasonably made and that's why knives are totally safe.

The blade and handle are connected tightly and I don't experience any problems with it. Of course I'm not a knife pro, but it feels like quality set of knives.

Another point is that Ginsu knives are rather affordable. The price is reasonable for the quality I get. So I think the Ginsu set is worth its money.

Moreover when I had ordered the set I got ready to wait long, but the set arrived sooner than expected. It was well-packed and looked rather nice.

There was a recipe inside and as the replacement warranty is lifetime I keep it carefully. Though it doesn't feel like returning my amazing Ginsu set.
